The car has an odor almost like smoke not sure what it is. It’s not overbearing and there are air fresheners.
I also had trouble finding where the car was parked after the gps took me to the very front of the location. I reached out to the host

Thank you for your feedback. Our vehicles are detailed and O-zoned by detailers between trips. Our detailers didnt report an odor so we will make sure they give that area special attention.
Also, we will think of additional ways to better share the pickup location aside from the address, the map and drop pin.
