I wish the host was more responsive when we needed to extend our trip or more reachable when we were having trouble figuring out how to get out of the garage. Plus, it would have been helpful had we actually known that the parking ticket was in the cup holder when we were trying to leave the garage when we picked the car up.

Hello Diana, our team is reachable 24/7/365, and regarding exiting the airport garage, in the future, we would recommend following the directions given at the start of the trip to avoid any confusion.
Regarding the parking ticket, it was left at the cup holder, and a picture of it was attached to the trip under the trip photos.
