Car was not properly cleaned but I did book kinda short notice
Thank you for your feedback. We always vacuum and clean the interiors of the vehicle prior to the rental. However with the South Florida rains and construction, the exterior can get a little dirty even after a wash, specially if the drop off location is 25 miles away. We will try to do better next time.
