Beautiful car ,just like my one at home

The Cayenne was great, clean, fun to drive and mechanically solid. I did have trouble with the pickup and drop off. I opted to have the car delivered to where I was staying. For all my other experiences with drop offs, the car and driver were always at the drop off location early. This time, the car was delivered by flatbed truck and the driver was 15 MINUTES LATE. The host tried calling me, but my phone was set to send unknown callers to voicemail. Needless to say, they never left a message so I didn’t know they were going to be late. Then when the time came for them to pick up the car, the driver was AN HOUR LATE. I had a flight to catch and I called the host multiple times and was put on hold, never actually speaking with the host. It was very stressful and the host again blamed me for not picking up the phone. And again, no voicemail was left for me. I apologized to the host for my phone sending unknown callers to voicemail and I never received any apology in return and no remorse for the stress caused. I would advise NOT choosing the “deliver to you” option with this host and just take an Uber.
