I had a great experience renting Kay's Infiniti. The car was great, clean and exactly what I needed. The host was very easy to communicate with, very responsive and always willing to help. I will definitely rent with Kay again in the future.

Car quality and service was great..the car handled and drove very well….however…. The AC stopped working once I reached my destination. I was not able to cancel my reservation for the water parks that we were attending so we suffered without the AC.. my daughter is very tech savvy and she was not able to get the AC to cool or cold.
Living in South Florida or anywhere in Florida air conditioning in a vehicle is extremely important to me and especially to my grand baby! The stress over not having AC in the vehicle put a damper on my long weekend getaway, which I won’t get back.
