This was my first time renting a car through Turo, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have nothing negative to say about Moon. The car was in excellent condition, and I felt safe throughout my entire trip.
The pickup and drop off process was very easy, and Moon was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. When I arrived to pick up the car, I couldn't open the lockbox because I didn't have the code. I called her, and she answered right away and gave me the code immediately.
The only minor issue I had was with Apple CarPlay. I wasn't able to get it to work. I let Moon know, and she told me that it does work, so I'm not sure if I just wasn't connecting it correctly or if there was another issue. Either way, it wasn't a big deal and didn't affect my trip.
Overall, everything else was perfect. If I ever need to rent a car again, I would definitely rent from Moon without hesitation. Highly recommended!
