I love this car! I needed an SUV to go back and forth with court files for work and it was perfect. The host was super responsive and helpful every step of the way, I was so happy with this rental that I extended 3 times! Pick up and drop off were a breeze especially with how accommodating the host is. I will absolutely rent from him again,

Good vehicle. Just ran into oil change alert and the car seat I had to take my time to adjust the belts it would’ve been nice to have had it already set.
We sincerely appreciate your feedback and strive to provide a 5 star experience every time, it’s always a disappoint when we don’t reach our goal. To address your concerns, I will say that no host should ever set the baby seat as it becomes our liability if something happens. It is the guest’s responsibility to set the seat properly. The only way to avoid an oil change required soon message during your trip, would’ve be to do it way before it’s due, which would make little sense. Thanks again.
