Let me start this off by saying the vehicles exterior was phenomenal. The color was fantastic. It turned heads as I was driving when I was only driving but looks can be deceiving.
Unfortunately, this was by far my most disappointing Turo experience. I’ve rented numerous vehicles through Turo in the past and have never felt the need to leave a negative review, but I believe this experience needs to be documented because of the severity of what happened.
The communication from the hosts was extremely poor. Messages were often not answered until days later, which became a serious issue when the vehicle broke down while I was traveling with my wife and baby. We were left stranded approximately two hours from home and had to arrange for two mobile mechanics to come out in an attempt to diagnose and repair the vehicle. I personally spent approximately $150 trying to get the vehicle back on the road.
I immediately reached out to the host for assistance, but I did not receive a response until approximately 48 hours later. By the time the host responded and offered to have someone pick us up and replace the vehicle, we had already been dealing with the situation for two days.
What was most disappointing was that after spending money out of pocket attempting to address an issue with the host’s vehicle, my reimbursement request was not honored. Instead, I received an invoice from the host for approximately $13 in tolls.
I understand that mechanical issues can happen with any vehicle, but the combination of the breakdown, being stranded with my family, the lack of timely communication, and the handling of the situation afterward was unacceptable in my experience.
I would not recommend this vehicle or these hosts to other Turo guests even if it was FREE! I am leaving this review not out of anger, but because I believe other renters deserve to know about my experience before booking.

I’m giving it a 3 the pick up and drop off process was great but there is definitely something wrong with the axles of this car it should not be rented out until it is fixed.

We used the vehicle for an extensive multi-state family road trip covering Washington, D.C., Maryland, Georgia, and Florida, and it performed flawlessly the entire journey. It was comfortable for long-distance travel, dependable, and made our family vacation significantly easier and more enjoyable.
The team was professional, responsive, and provided clear instructions throughout the rental process. Pickup and return were both smooth and hassle-free, which is especially appreciated after a long road trip.
I would absolutely rent from 360 Team Advisors again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and a professional, stress-free Turo experience.
