I initially found the car to be cool, nice, and clean, but unfortunately, we encountered a significant issue with the electronic system. The electric park brake got stuck, preventing us from shifting into drive. I reached out to the host, who read my messages but took about an hour to respond. Eventually, he mentioned sending someone to help, but it took hours for assistance to arrive. My daughter and I ended up waiting at a store for nearly five hours, with an hour of that time spent on attempts to resolve the issue. This lack of professionalism was disappointing, especially since I had paid on time and had my daughter waiting in the sun. I would advise caution when it comes to newer cars with potentially faulty computer systems.
