I must admit, I was a little skeptical and nervous about this process. However, I had a great first experience with Syed from start to finish. The booking process was simple, and he was professional, friendly, and helpful when I arrived. The vehicle was immaculate and ready on time, which made my trip much less stressful. I also appreciated how clearly everything was explained, including pricing, insurance options, and return policies. I appreciate him taking the time out to explain the features of the vehicle. Returning the car was quick and easy, and the customer service remained excellent throughout the entire experience. Syed was very responsive as well as accommodating as I had to extend the drop off time a little. I would definitely rent from Syed again and would recommend him to anyone looking for reliable transportation and good customer service.
