Very nice guest willing to cover any cost due to a low psi wheel.
I’ve rented cars from agencies dozens of times. This is my first rental through Turo. The experience is better than most of my agency rentals. Host is responsive and helpful. Car is in excellent shape. Pick up and drop off were easy. I rented this Tesla with FSD specifically to try out the AV feature, and it exceeded my expectations.. I will use Turo when feasible in the future.

Jenny was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience. She responded very quickly whenever I had questions, which I really appreciated. It was my first time using Tesla FSD, and I’m very glad she helped me get familiar with it. The car was also in excellent condition—very clean and well maintained. Overall, a great experience.
