The trip was great, but the car kept saying service was overdue. And I got charged an invoice because unfortunately I forgot to take pictures of the car when I dropped it back off because my phone was dead and I definitely dropped the car off on time and let the owner know I followed the instructions and everything.
Hi Sabrina, glad you enjoyed the trip! Just to clarify, the invoice was for mileage that exceeded the trip allowance — not related to photos or drop-off. As for the service reminder, there’s an oil change sticker inside the car confirming it’s not actually due yet; the dashboard alert just triggered early because of the pre programmed time interval. We appreciate you and hope to host you again!
