I liked renting from this company, but I took a car that was smoked filled. Subsequently, I thought it would dissipate, but it didn’t and I’ve had terrible allergic reaction from it overall, I do like these people.

The car itself was amazing. Car just had a strong underlying odor of smoke. But overall, the car was great.

The car was clean but smells like smoke & it also jerks while driving on the freeway.

Regarding the freeway driving concern, we have not received similar reports from other guests, but we already conducted a thorough inspection to ensure everything is operating as intended.
