Thank you for your feedback. Just to clarify, the mechanical issue mentioned was with a different vehicle, not this Santa Fe. This vehicle had no issues during the trip, and we hope future guests can book it with confidence.
We found ourselves in devastating circumstances during our rental time, with the unexpected loss of our daughter. What I can say is the amount of compassion and extended support provided to us for having to extend the vehicle multiple times was beyond appreciated. The vehicle and the owner are hands down the best to rent from. We will rent again from them.
