I was disappointed with my experience as I was excited to try Turo. The car I received was not clean (had dog hair everywhere and fingerprints and smudges all over the dash), the dashboard indicated low tire pressure, and the car had no window wiper fluid. It was hard to believe that it was a Honda CRV 2026. However, the host was quick with communication and worked with us to refund our trip as we were not satisfied.

As you said, there is no low tire pressure at the time taking delivery, so not sure if the damage was before or during the trip. I personally cleaned the car in the morning and with the same standard on all of my cars as an All Star host. There might be a minimum level of imperfection, but it is in no way it is not clean unless compared with a brand new car. But, I respect your opinion and honor refund as requested.
The car is new and very clean. The host was fantastic and very helpful and explained instructions flawlessly.
