The host demonstrated a very professional and responsive attitude, which was excellent.
However, there were a few issues with the vehicle and the request for ratings.
First, the cleanliness of this older vehicle (a 2016 model) was disappointing. I had to clean the interior before the trip, as there were gum residue, dirt, and old coins left in nearly all the cup holders.
Second, there was a disagreement regarding the initial fuel level, which ultimately resulted in me paying for an extra several gallons of gas. While I understand range calculations can be complex, this unexpected cost was unfortunate.
Finally, the vehicle had noticeable shaking/vibration in the steering wheel at speeds over 75 MPH, so drivers should avoid excessive speeds.
Overall, the host is professional and communicative, but the persistent request for a 5-star rating (and being asked not to review if it’s less than 5) was concerning and felt inappropriate.
Thank you for your input. Out of more than 400 guests, I’ve learned that occasionally one or two may expect something extra.
Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer a refund in this case. Car was delivered with full tank of Gas, we didn't short you 10 gallons of gas as you suspected. Previous Guest in town driving only shorten the estimation vs your hwy driving.
Regarding slight vibration above 75 mph, I will do a balancing soon. I never drive Fast Furious style when traveling with family.
