Unhappy Experience
I had a very disappointing experience with this rental. I arrived from the airport and it began to rain heavy, but the car was not unlocked and there was no lockbox available. I used the app to message that I had arrived, but still couldn’t access the vehicle. I eventually called for help, and even then, they were unable to unlock the car while I stood outside in the rain getting completely soaked.
What made this worse was seeing one of their employees sitting in another company vehicle watching me the entire time without offering help. My clothes and shoes were completely ruined.
To make matters worse, I was charged unfairly even though I didn’t receive the car until three hours after my scheduled pickup time. This whole experience was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this host based on how poorly the situation was handled.
A rare GMC system glitch during a storm at DFW delayed access to Nathan’s car. We covered his Uber to a hotel and personally delivered the vehicle once the issue was resolved. Despite our efforts, he requested compensation and refused to pay for tolls and gas. We remained professional and responsive throughout the situation.
