Excellent mechanical performance, immaculate exterior and interior. Car seat was secure after we tightened it. Being relatively new to Turo, I learned to limit my search to onsite at the airport, rather than including cars that are parked nearby (up to 15 minutes driving distance). After editing the return location, it all worked for the best convenience for our family. Great!

This was an overall terrible experience for me.
What was most concerning throughout this reservation was the repeated use of threats regarding a negative review anytime policies or concerns were addressed. Hosts should be able to professionally enforce rental terms, discuss vehicle concerns, and document issues without being met with hostility or retaliatory behavior. I remained professional throughout the process, documented everything carefully, and attempted to communicate respectfully despite the tone being directed toward me.
