Pick up/Drop off was very easy and the car functioned exactly as expected. The cleanliness did not meet expectations. When I picked it up, the outside of the white car was unwashed and clearly dirty. The cabin inside had crumbs on center console and some food residue on passenger side. 5 starts because this had minimal impact on my trip but if I’m paying to rent a car, I do not want to spend 30 minutes and 20 dollars to get the car washed and vacuumed. Otherwise, the service and host were good.
