Outstanding host and very helpful and responsive.
Vehicle is excellent absolutely no complaints with over 1000 miles traveled, wonderful Lexus and very comfortable.

Colin was flexible, and timely.
The vehicle was clean, and overall a good value.
The only trouble I had, was the faint smell of cigarettes, which was a bit tough for along 5hr trip.
I would rent from Colin again, but not this time car, and I would look for confirmation of non-smoking.

Sorry Stephen i do not smoke, the vehicle was rented before you and returned with that smell. I did my best with a short time frame to get the smell out.
