Vehicle mat or needs but was not well maintained. It was over 2000 miles over its oil change. There was a sound that was audible when driving with the windows down and the brakes granted fairly badly. There was also significant vibration on the highway. It was also some issues with some of the buttons inside not working properly. Further, there was an added fee for parking at pick up that was not disclosed although we were charged extra for the airport location pick up through the app already.

The car interior was quite dirty and cluttered with various items that appeared to be the owner's personal belongings.

The third-row folding system was stuck, and I could not figure out how to operate it. I contacted the host several times asking for assistance, but she told me she was far away from where I was staying and never followed up with a solution.

Meanwhile, I needed space to transport my wife's mobility scooter and had to improvise a way to make it fit without damaging either the vehicle or the scooter. Due to the lack of usable cargo space, the scooter could not be secured properly. On the last day of the trip, when opening the liftgate, the scooter's battery fell out of the vehicle and onto the ground.

In addition, the vehicle showed significant signs of wear and aging. Combined with the lack of cleanliness and overall care, the experience did not meet my expectations, and unfortunately it was not a trip I particularly enjoyed.

Truck was amazing! The host was very nice and flexible! Definitely recommend!
