Car was advertised as smokeless but unfortunately was not. The smell was much worse in warmer weather and is likely trapped in the cloth seats that are covered in leather seat covers. Would have rated 3 stars or “disappointing,” but the host was very apologetic and generally communicative with quick responses despite time of day, and did offer discounts for the inconvenience. Hopefully the listing is updated for future renters.

Thank you for your feedback. I took your concerns seriously and went above and beyond to help. I offered an early return without additional charges, provided approximately $130 in refunds, and accommodated the fuel costs at my own expense. Despite these efforts, further discounts were requested. I always strive to provide clean, well-maintained vehicles and excellent customer service. I appreciate your acknowledgment of my communication and responsiveness.
Great service
