Mario was a good hoat. Car had a smoke smell that was a turnoff and some mechanical issues that required it to be towed back. Besides the cars mechanical issues(which wasn't in anyone's control), he was responsive and nice.

The car is in nice condition and communication with the owner was great. The pickup location was not ideal as it was quite a long walk from the airport terminal. Otherwise, the process was smooth.

Great pickup location, good car. Passcode to obtain car was issued a little after pickup time, that’s the only reason I could not issue 5 stars.
