Mark was absolutely phenomenal! He patiently helped me set up my account (I had no idea I needed to download an app) and was open and fair when I needed to extend my trip on short notice. He's personable, communicative, kind, and an all around wonderful host, especially for a first-time user. If Mark exemplifies Turo as a service, I'll be a repeat customer for all my car rental needs!

My experience with turo and this renter have great! The whole thing was easy to use and the people were very friendly and went out of the way to accomodate me. They even brought the car to my house and picked it up there. Turo has alot of cars and varieties to choose from too. The biggest plus to using turo is the price! I paid about half of what I would pay to rent from a car rental dealer. I give turo a 10+!

I really enjoyed this rental. As I drove I could tell that the car is well maintained. The host was on site when I got to the car he explained the great features of the car! And to be an SUV the car is really good on gas! Great experience overall! 10 out of 10! Would definitely recommend!
