steering wheel was shaking so badly i had to return it immediately. no help or contact from the host so i had to go through turo to help.

I do apologize for the car and how it seemed unsafe. I had it at the dealership for an oil change and I expressed my concern in which they initially brushed me off. The car has been back to the dealership and all problems have been addressed and fixed. I could not respond at the time of her concern due to me being at work and I apologize for that as well. None of it was intentional and thank everyone for understanding.
