I had a great experience renting this vehicle through Turo. Unfortunately, the car experienced a mechanical issue during my trip, but this was absolutely not the host’s fault. What truly stood out was how responsive, professional, and helpful the host was throughout the entire situation.
Communication was excellent from start to finish. The host went above and beyond to coordinate assistance, provide updates, and make sure my trip continued as smoothly as possible with minimal disruption. Their commitment to customer service turned what could have been a stressful situation into a manageable one.
I genuinely appreciate the extra effort and care they put into helping me, and I would not hesitate to rent from this host again in the future. Highly recommended!

Shane was at the vehicle upon arrival so it was nice to meet her in person and she was a pleasure virtually and in person. The car was great and easy to refill.

I had a week rental which I picked up at 9 pm on a Wednesday and was returning the following Wednesday at 12 but needed another hour. Was charged 82$ for an extra hour when is really should have had until 9pm.
