I loved this vehicle! I was overwhelmed with it being my first time driving a Tesla but Delando was nice enough to take the time to show me the ropes during drop off. He was attentive and quick to
respond to any questions I had. The vehicle is in impeccable condition!! Would definitely rent again!

Flat tire when I arrived was told it just need air tire never was fixed even though the owner picked it up from my home and said he replaced it with a new one 2 hrs later it was flat again charging was blocked so I couldn’t charge when I needed to missed a funeral because of all of this. Just a nightmare all together

Multiple times we communicated to fix this issue.
We also offered an option for them to modify the trip or for us to fix the problem.
They agreed to continue with the trip. This review is malicious and after an attempt to receive money back after deciding to continue the trip.

Host was very accommodating and communication was prompt, the car was very clean and he made sure he took his time to show us how the car worked, will definitely rent again. Thank you Delando.
