The car drove smoothly especially on the interstate! The car looks good other than a couple of dings. The host was very nice and accommodating offering me a discount on the daily price when I had to extend my trip! Overall great rental!

Great drive! I just needed a car to drive while mine was being repaired. The host communicated well about the vehicle so there were no surprises. Only thing I would just suggest a detail because there was a smell.

Upon arrival the key was no where to be found and the host did not leave any instructions on where to find the key. Once I found the key, there was no indication of what the code was to retrieve the key. I called her multiple times and sent multiple messages but didn’t get a response. I had to call customer service in order to get in touch with her . It took me 30 minutes to finally get a hold of the host and she gave me the code . Host was very unprofessional and lacked response. Will not be booking with host again.
