The car was great. Location was convenient and the host was wonderful.

The car was clean , pick up was a bit confusing. The lot we picked up from was locked up and I had to call the phone number on the sign but nobody answered and the alarm kept going off after we walked all the way around the lot. Then finally after about 15 minutes of standing outside the lot at 2am someone pulled up in a car and asked if we were picking up a vehicle. Then they had to go back to the other lot and bring it back to us.
