Car quality good, location perfect and good host

Fine car, not the greatest mileage. The moonroof wasn’t working which was one of the reasons we got it. We also requested it to be dropped off the at the airport, which was not fulfille. The lot is located off of a sketchy road off the tram which is a pretty long walk in 111 weather and luggage. Highly recommend taking a Waymo to the lot.

Excellent experience! The Volkswagen was spotless, well-maintained, and drove perfectly throughout our trip. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pick-up and drop-off quick and easy. Everything was exactly as described, and the car was comfortable and reliable for our road trip. I would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend them to others!
