The AC stopped working and then I had to jump the vehicle battery twice. I’m not blaming the host, but it was just inconvenient to my trip

This is the first time renting from Turo. My host was wonderful to work with and we will probably rent deom home again
I did learn that to pay a little extra to have a payment split which would be refundable when schedule changed.

I was able to get a beautiful, new Volkswagen for a reasonable price and was able to easily access the vehicle ypon arrival. Communication with the owner was also always easy as he was readily available and expediently responding to my messages making it was easy to report changes along the way. Overall, it was just a very smooth transaction and I would recommend him to anyone who's looking to rent a nice car for their next vacation.
