I was so disappointed with my rental. I booked this car because it said pick up/drop off at the airport. However, I had to take a shuttle both ways to an off-campus parking garage where the car was parked on the roof of a 3 story parking garage in the 115 degree heat while I had my newborn. When I told the owner that I was bummed it was outside, he responded with a condescending text about how his 12-year-old could figure out the directions to the car and that they deal with elderly people all the time. It totally missed the point, did not address what I was upset about and was flat out rude. I wasn’t offered to be reimbursed for the tip for the shuttle driver I then did. The windshield wipers didn’t work very well when there was a sandstorm. I was sent a generic message about I’d be charged for any cleaning that needed to be done. Also that my car was being used 4 hours after my rental and that I could go to a car wash to get it cleaned if I wanted to, which was a ridiculous. Overall, I was so disappointed with his tone, poor customer service and the pick up/drop off process.

We will not rent to this guest again! At the beginning of the rental, this guest was looking for a reduction or money back. The renter wanted to pay the least as possible or absolutely nothing. There’s nothing wrong with the vehicle before or after check in/out. The guest obviously is not familiar with Arizona monsoon season and did not read all the instructions which we provide along with a member pass on the windshield for free car wash at THEIR option.
