The communication from the hosts were good. Instructions were very clear all around. The vehicle itself could possibly need new brakes in the back. It felt like the only thing breaking was the front. Overall it gave us a great adventure that my kids enjoyed. So thank you both for the rental.
Good renter. We would rent to them again, but guest expectations may be out of sync with the value/price with the year of the vehicle. Also, we don’t understand the brakes comment as the vehicle had a full brake job less than six months ago. Engine light came on when they had the vehicle which we indicated to them that the gas cap The vehicle was returned with the engine light off so we are 100% sure that the gas cap was not tight.

Host was great and very informative on retrieving vehicle and rules of the vehicle. Vehicle was clean. I would give 5 stars but my only concern was how worn down the tires were to nearly a flat surface on the thread. Everything went well besides the concern.
Good renter. Past couple of reviews have mentioned our location. Just need to read the details regarding our location while reserving the vehicle. All the information is provided. Plus, we know for a fact that our car location is the easiest to retrieve a rental vehicle at Sky Harbor Airport.
