Smooth and easy process from start to finish. Communication was great, and everything was handled professionally. Took the car to San Diego and back for the weekend with no issues at all—it drove great and made the trip even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable rental experience. Drives well. Steering wheel is old and crusty, film on windows that took us half an hour to clean after we stopped for windex and paper towels. Asked me to wash and vacuum vehicle to save him time for back to back reservations, though not addressed at time of reservation. Radio very user unfriendly. Would not rent again. Got us there and back safely though! Pick another.
