Car wasn’t washed. Interesting pickup procedure but it worked.

Everything was great. Easy location. Convenient location. Attentive staff. Car is essentially new. Nice drive. Only criticism would be I needed to pick up early. But it didn’t seem like customer service even checked if that was possible. But that is more of an issue with Turo not allowing overlap. And the window tint was inadequate for the amount of sun here in PHX. These are minor considering that he fabulous condition of the car and the overall excellent customer service.

I set the pickup location to be at sky harbour airport. Instead it was 10 mins away from the airport. It took me about 2 hours to find my rental. Getting a hold of someone to help was almost impossible. I asked the host via message before arriving if there is a shuttle provided. The host explained to me that I would take the shuttle to 44th street and the car should be parked in one of the lots outside the airport, which was not the case. I then asked the host towards the end of the trip if I was able to bring the rental back to one of the lots closest to the airport since there’s not shuttle or transportation provided. The host told me “you can uber to the airport”. I’ll never use this company again! Poor communication and customer service.
