The car ran beautifully only concern was that the windshield was cracked. Wish I would have known that when Booking the car but other than that everything was great

Car was perfect and clean! Lot was a little tough to find but other than that, everything was easy!!

Would rent again. It’d be nice to rent a car that had been cleaned. Exterior could’ve used a wash. Interior had peanuts spilled all over the trunk area lol. Windshield cracked side to side too. Cant beat that mpg tho!
I’d prefer renting from a person rather than a fleet. Pickup is simple unless you’re elderly or bad with tech. Communication messages with fleet team was annoying because I had to sift through all the fluff to find pertinent details.
Overall I don’t think Turo has any real competition. Nobody does it like them. Will continue to use service.
