Renting this 4Runner through Turo could not have been any easier! The car was clean and in excellent condition upon pickup, with very clear instructions on how to start our adventure upon arrival. Amazing vehicle, and we are now considering purchasing our own 2026 4Runner! Thank you, Felix, for your very concise and prompt responses when we had questions.

Car was great needed some tlc on the interior the inside glass was very dirty.. I bought window cleaner and microfibers to make it better

The cleaning team confused the 4Runner with another similar Toyota in our fleet, so we had to pivot quickly to avoid delaying your trip. We did a quick wipe-down to get you on the road, but I agree the interior glass needed more attention. This was a rare situation for us, and I’ve already addressed it with the team. We sincerely apologize and appreciate your feedback and understanding.

Felix communicated so well with me and the car was in great condition! The pictures shown is exactly how the car is. Felix and his team is very professional and the shuttle to the vehicle was super seemless. Will definitely book through Felix the next time I’m in town.
