FSD NOT INCLIDED!!!! $110 EXTRA FOR A 3 DAY RENTAL!!!+!
Tesla model Y was fresh and as I would expect with 10k miles. As new.
Host is awful. Deceptive, and a rip off. The rental was a good total cost, but I rented a tesla to have a tesla experience. Car was locked in chill mode, which if you used to driving a tesla, or any other electric vehicle, you need to know its slow, and non responsive when you expect it to be normal. Also, I rented specifically for my wife to experience FSD fir the first time. All the previous reviews (I locked in rental at end of May) mentioned fsd, and how great it was. The listing didnt list fsd as a extra or a cost associated with it. He wanted $110 to enable fsd for 3 days. My total rental.cost with taxes and everything for 3 days was $250. We all know what fsd costs.
Most of his 5 start reviews are likely because he entices the renter to give him a 5 star in exchange for leaving car with only 50% charge, so know the reviews are biased.
I would have appreciated someone who exposed and told what this guys does. All this host needs to do is be honest, state that FSD IS NOT INCLUDED, and THAT THE CHARGE IS $110.
I HAVE GAVE HOST OPPORTUNITY TO APOLOGIZE, AND NOTHING. I GAVE THEM AN OPEN TO GIVE US FSD AT A DAILY COST OF $4, AND NOTHING. I TOLD THEM ID LEAVE THIS REVIEW, AND THEY DONT CARE. THESE HOSTS ARE CLOWNS.
CAR WAS BEAUTIFUL, BUT KNOW THAT THE HOST IS DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST.
Life is too short to deal with people like this.

We prioritize transparency with detailed information which is provided within the first hour of each reservation. It is also the guest’s obligation to read, comprehend, and acknowledge. Your failure to read, comprehend or acknowledge places you in this situation. FSD is not a free option from us nor is it a free option from Tesla. It is a paid subscription. We allow for our guests to purchase for their rentals with zero mark up or margin for us.

Great car and great Comunications make sure and reserve the inverter/charger at least a day early so ben can get it to you. Also the full self driving is available but would require a subscription.

Benjamin was an excellent host, and the 2026 Tesla Model Y was absolutely amazing. The vehicle was clean, smooth, and a pleasure to drive, and the Full Self-Driving feature made the experience even better. I had no issues at all during the trip.
Benjamin was very accommodating, informative, and communicative throughout the entire process. He even allowed me to pick up the vehicle two days earlier than my original reservation, which I really appreciated.
Overall, this was such a great experience that I’m seriously considering getting another Tesla myself. Thank you again, Benjamin, for providing such an amazing vehicle while my dad was visiting Arizona. Highly recommend and would absolutely rent from him again.
