It was my first time at Phoenix and also first time using TURO. I believe they could explain better what to expect instead of just relax. I had no problems with the car. Subaru outback was good for 4 people(1 checked luggage, 4 carry on and 2 personal items).

Car was great! Did not know I would have to take tram to airport when drop off and pick up. Other than that great car. Thank you!
Hi Carol, the vehicle was delivered to the airport as requested. PHX is a large hub with multiple terminals and garages. Turo dictates where hosts can park vehicles for renters. You picked up the car from the main parking facility serving the airport, accessible by terminal train from every terminal. Please do not hold us accountable for matters beyond our control.
