Unfortunately, I wouldn’t rent from this persons fleet of cars again. There was an engine issue with the vehicle above 60mph that they didn’t know about - which tells me they don’t do a thorough enough inspection of their vehicles between renters.
Also, the owner told me I would receive a small discount for the inconvenience but that it would be applied to my next trip with Turo. a) haven’t seen that in my account and b) if that truly how Turo operates instead of a refund I don’t think I’ll be using Turo again.
Bummed all around since I have had such good experiences until now.
