The Crosstrek was clean. A shuttle ride to pick it up. Communication with the host was good and timely.
The inconvenience was having the low tire pressure light come on and dealing with it. Thankfully there was a Discount Tire to go to per the host’s request. The mechanic did say all the tire treads were very close to needing replacing. Not a great a thing to hear when you’ve rented a car 4.5 day trip. The leak in the tire ended up needing replacing due to the location of the leak. New tire (paid by host) was placed on the car.
Didn’t have that snag on my Bingo card. Other than that, the trip was good.

While tire damage during a rental is generally the guest’s responsibility, I chose to cover the replacement cost myself to minimize your inconvenience. The remaining tires were already scheduled for replacement as part of regular maintenance. Your safety was my top priority, and I’m glad you otherwise enjoyed your trip.
