Everything was great with pick up, the host, and the delivery.

Windshield was cracked across eyesight area when I picked it up. Drivers side window has electrical issues, it finally stayed up, after 12 times of trying to roll up.

Car seemsd like a true rental. Clearly a couple of items pending fixing, but the vehicle was comfortable, reliable and ran great. Steven made the process really easy and communication was excellent.
