Temporary tags expired twice and we've been having issues getting plates from the dealership since we bought the vehicle 3 months ago. Finally they said they were going to mail a check made out to DMV to go get plates ourselves. vehicle will not be relisted untill we have plates. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I rented this Porsche Macan because I own one and consider it a luxury car.
I’m very disappointed with the condition of this vehicle. The temporary tags had been expired for over a week, which I unfortunately did not notice until I arrived at my destination. That alone raised serious concerns about the vehicle being legally operable.
In addition, the car smelled strongly of old, stale cigarette smoke throughout the interior.
The spare tire was also improperly stored in the trunk instead of secured in the spare tire well, which significantly reduced the available cargo space and made it difficult to pack luggage or larger items. I attempted to place the tire into the spare tire compartment, but it would not fit, indicating it was not the correct spare for the vehicle.
More concerning, the spare tire itself was bald and nearly shredded, making it unsafe and unusable in the event of an emergency.
Overall, the vehicle was not represented in a safe or acceptable condition for a rental.

Zo was attentive, prompt, generous, and very professional. Had a great time with this car and I’d definitely rent from him again in the future.

The car was wonderful. Very clean. Was fun to drive. When I come back I will definitely look for Zo!
