Car was fine. As advertised. Pickup and drop location not as advertised. It was not at the airport, as advertised. I understand Sky Harbor restricts Turo parking but be transparent about that. Don’t advertise airport parking if the car will be offsite. Disappointing
Although the pickup lot was approved by Turo as a designated airport delivery lot, we recognize your frustration with the location and will be moving our cars to a different location for pick up.
