Pickup location was great but the directions to the site only said “across the street” from the 44th st sky rail station. I would recommend including the actual street address.

Super simple but I’d highly recommend updating the address for the app. New spot is convenient, but seeing multiple addresses is confusing and frustrating.

Pickup was a challenge the car & keys were locked behind the office gate till 8:15 am. We had an arrival pick up scheduled at 7:30 am. Making contact was unsuccessful till workers showed up at 8:15am.
