ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL vehicle. Drives great. Clean interior and nice to look at. Host was very awesome. I definitely would recommend this car/host to everyone.

We had a very good experience with the host (Meghan) in terms of communication, but unfortunately had a serious mechanical failure with the car which forced us to stop in a fairly remote area and wait for a tow, as well as a separate ride to our destination. This required a lot of coordination. The process worked out OK but could have been catastrophic. The biggest complaint we have is the follow-up from Turo through the end to be sure we had a replacement vehicle, and to offer compensation for lost time on our vacation and losses from planned events. Proactive follow through and immediate compensation should have been offered. We now feel we need to fight for compensation for lost time and stress during our long awaited vacation.
