Car broke down, ZERO help.
Ur feed back has been received.i m sure it was inconvenient when the car break down.we don’t have control over this kinda situations.by advising u to rent out another vehicle was the best solution available.i hope we can cater u in the future.feel free to check out our other vehicles in the future…

• The pick location was far away from Airport, after we get out from the Sky Train, we have to walk and cross principal street with a lot of Luggage, • The car was only with 1/4 of Gas and empty Batteries..
• I was told by owner to return the car to a different Location (East Economy parking), I did and this is close to the Airport and you can take the Sky Train easily.
Hope the next time the owner takes care of customers.

The car was dirty and no keys or charger for hybrid plug in. Had to wait and hour for host to send a person with keys.

Unprofessional Turo host. Car was not fully inspected and cleaned when we got it.
We rented in a week of rain and windshield wiper was half ripped, we communicated this to host and they made us go buy the replacement, we did not rent a car on our vacation to do their job.
They told us that windshield was cracked by last driver, if you see it still cracked then it been like this for while now.
No return instructions were given to us until we reached out when we needed to drop off the car.
Car is not too bad, but I would not recommend this host.
No smoking allowed
