This was a good little car to get around in. Price point was bit higher than hertz for the 3 days but it was convenient and easy to Get to at the hour I arrived not to mention the holiday weekend but I understand. Car had a slight smell of smoke from previous drivers and had service and add fluid lights on but would consider renting again once those items are corrected.

Car was slightly dirty but that’s fair, also was really bad with gas? Like 7 miles of gas burned within seconds. Besides that very nice and communicative I had no actual issues with the car

The car was well maintained. Clean interior. It was really easy to work through the Turo app for communication.

Clean and nice car. Drove well. Had some trouble securing the key in the lockbox on checking out.

My 1st time using Turo. It was actually a pretty good experience. The most tedious part is checking the vehicle before. Not really concerned about after because I'm a safe driver, but it's tedious just the same, taking lots of pics. I even missed that there was a ding on the front bumper.....wasn't me. I was worried at 1st when I turned on the vehicle. It was a little loud. But it eventually dies down. But it did its job and there were no mechanical issues.

Now, I was quite disappointed because my phone could not pair with the vehicle and that was a bummer because the NAVIGATION did not work. I did not see a microphone and it would not let me type certain letters. So I basically had to use my phone navigation. Which is fine, but in one of my vehicles at home that doesn't have navigation, I have a cell phone holder and then I can play it through my radio. It's a safety issue when you have to hold a phone to navigate in a state where you don't live. So I purchased a cheap one. I left it in the vehicle because someone else might need it. I also purchased a phone charger because mine wasn't compatible. I left that in the vehicle as well because someone else might run into the same problem. By the way, I left the host a message about the navigation and pairing my phone. Four days later and she still hasn't answered my question.

My final issue....I told the app that my address was the airport. They defaulted to the Parking Spot address after I checked out/paid. How am I supposed to know what that address even is? When I saw the error the host told me how I can change it back to the address I originally put in. THEN I was charged $25. Tried to chat with someone and of course AI is who responded. That money should not have been charged to my credit card because I chose the address I wanted but if it were going to be a different address the app should have said 'YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS SHOULD BE (insert) IF YOU'RE USING TURO AIRPORT PICKUP'.
That was not fair or just and I felt taken advantage of.
