The entire experience was great from start to finish! Pickup was quick and seamless. I had a question about removing the steering wheel lock, and the host responded almost immediately, which I really appreciated. The truck was clean, well maintained, and drove smoothly throughout my trip. The AC worked perfectly and kept the cabin nice and cold, which was a lifesaver in the Arizona heat.
I also needed to return the truck earlier than expected because my flight changed, and adjusting the return time was simple and hassle free. Communication was excellent the entire time, and the pickup and return instructions were clear and easy to follow.
Overall, this was a smooth, stress free rental experience. I would definitely rent from this host again!
