There was a minor issue with picking up the car ,however I really
appreciate the co- host coming to meet me and fixing the problem. He was very apologetic and assured me the car was ok to drive . I was able to get the ride at the pick up spot. Everything went smoothly after that. The car rides very well and is good on gas. Host communicated with me about drop off and check out went well. All in all, I would rent again when I'm back in Phoenix.

Pick was great up, car broke down when I had it. So I really didn’t get to do much with it other then drive it one time

Car was not clean. Smelled like cigarette smoke and wouldn’t start the day I needed to go to work
So bad y people can’t hold themselves accountable. Starts&runs gd on pickup, next day use D wrong key on D bunch and car didn’t stt. He requested a pick up but when we called and explained to him, he was sorry and actually requested to keep the car been too late that Turo had shortened the ride and asked $90 to keep him on the current vehicle. If car couldn’t stt it shld’ve been towed but he personal returned car. I understand his frustration but bad review. Not clean, can’t start is cazy.
