We are very surprised by this review as we not only cleaned the car thoroughly, but we just put a brand new tire on the car and can confirm all of the tire pressure was full. Very unfortunate, but we hope you left this in error and we’ll continue to strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
My car rental was a bad experience. I will not rent from this host again.

This 1-star review followed a dispute over tire damage. The vehicle had no tire warning at pickup. During the 5-day trip the warning came on, but the guest admittedly did not report it. At return, the tire was ~10 PSI lower than the others, and inspection found sidewall damage requiring replacement—indicating an issue occurred during the trip. We understand frustration over a damage charge, but believe this review reflects that dispute rather than the rental experience.
We had a great 1st experience with the host. They were very helpful and quick to answer our questions. Happy with the experience.
